- Procurement Knowledge - Having a facilitator who has an in-depth understanding in procurement is vital to ensuring officials develop an accurate understanding of procurement themes.
- Engagement - Our course material and delivery are designed in a way to keep the participants engaged, assisting with their retention of key learnings. We believe in engaging with all sensors to improve their experience.
- Feedback - We believe continuous improvement is important to delivering a quality service. Feedback is collected from each course to ensure lessons learnt.
