Procurement Training Solutions has developed a range of standard training solutions based on over 15 years providing training, guidance and advice. Our training programs have been designed based on Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Training Strategy, defining the different stakeholder groups associated with the procurement lifecycle.

Our Capability Package offers a combination of training sessions and a free Entity Maturity Assessment to assist entities in improve Key Performance Indicators in procurement.

	Introduction to procurement (half day) The Procurement Overview course is designed to assist officials in undertaking a procurement process. 	Procurement workshop A one day workshop on the practical application of procurement. Participants will walk through the procurement process and conduct exercises to reinforce key aspects of procurement. The course provides an outline of relevant Commonwealth policies including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) as well as the organisations framework, including processes and supporting guidance/documentation.
